Adjustment and visual checks

The traditional Adjustment department in GIGOTTI also plays the role of visual checks performed by qualified and experienced personnel who verify with extreme care and attention all the characteristics of the component being processed during each single phase and the compare with the customer’s request, By intervening promptly there where necessary before the manufacturing process can be made vain. 

The staff performs the adjustment and finishing operations during the internal phases ( complementary phases broaching, boring, tapping, mounting to the helicopter bench, bushings, gluing, planting etc).
